It is often mentioned that art can be a safe platform for self-expression and a way to understand ourselves better. But what exactly is art therapy and how does it work? Facilitated by an art therapist, this workshop will provide participants with an introductory talk alongside hands-on art experiential to gain a better understanding of how art therapy works through the exploration of the felt sense of safety which is essential for personal well-being.
